These terms govern use of the LADY SELENA website and orders placed through it. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you accept the applicable order, payment, shipping and returns terms.

Products and information

We aim to present product names, sizes, images, descriptions, prices and availability accurately. Manufacturer packaging and presentation may change. Skincare information is educational and is not a medical diagnosis or a guarantee of results.

Orders

Submitting checkout records an order request. LADY SELENA may contact the customer to confirm details. Each accepted order will use a unique LS order reference. Availability or obvious pricing/data errors may require correction or cancellation.

Payment

Available payment methods may include Cash on Delivery and InstaPay. An InstaPay order is not considered paid until LADY SELENA verifies receipt of the transfer.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information and use the website lawfully. Fraudulent payment evidence, product substitution, tampering or misuse of the returns process may result in rejection of a claim or order.

Policies

The Shipping Policy, Refund & Returns Policy, Privacy Policy and Authenticity Guarantee form part of these terms.
