We deliver LADY SELENA orders within Egypt. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 working days. The delivery fee is calculated automatically at checkout after you select your governorate or delivery area.

Qena, Luxor, Aswan — 170 EGP
Red Sea, Matrouh, North Coast — 180 EGP
North Sinai, South Sinai, New Valley — 200 EGP

Order confirmation

An order is considered received when checkout is completed. Orders may require confirmation before preparation or dispatch. InstaPay orders remain awaiting payment verification until the transfer is confirmed.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed appointment times. Delays can occur because of courier operations, destination, holidays, weather or circumstances outside LADY SELENA's reasonable control.

Correct details

Please provide an accurate phone number and delivery address. Failed delivery caused by incorrect information, inability to reach the customer or refusal of a confirmed order may require a new delivery fee before redelivery.

Problems on arrival

Wrong, missing, leaking, visibly damaged products or compromised seals should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with the LS order number and clear photos/video.
