Authenticity is part of the LADY SELENA promise. We sell products as authentic and select our stock carefully from sources we consider reliable. We do not knowingly sell counterfeit skincare or cosmetics.

What our promise means

We take product authenticity seriously and inspect products and packaging before they are offered for sale. Packaging, labels, batch presentation and design can change between markets, batches or manufacturer updates and a variation alone does not establish that a product is counterfeit.

If you have a concern

Contact us with your LS order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, batch/lot information and the issue you noticed. We will review the concern before making a decision.

Product integrity

For safety and authenticity reasons, products suspected of being opened, used, substituted, altered, tampered with or improperly stored cannot automatically be accepted back into sellable inventory.
